"Extraordinary property. Classic Indian architecture and ornate decor. New modern rooftop bar - delicious botanical cocktails. Very good breakfast buffet. And beyond all else is the attentive service from a friendly and helpful staff. And I mean round the clock top notch service. We left wondering if we would ever be able to do anything for ourselves again.

"This is quite possibly the finest hotel service experience I have ever encountered. Yes, the grounds are lovely, the amenities are excellent, the place is spotless. But it was the people, the staff of this hotel, who left the biggest impression. To a person, they were kind, helpful, welcoming, and profoundly concerned with meeting my needs and being of assistance. Here’s an example: my travel companion was ill and needed more cough medicine. When I went to the concierge to ask where I might buy this particular formulation, she arranged to send a hotel staff member to fetch it for me, and I was only charged the cost of the medication.
I especially enjoyed the afternoon high tea, usually held in the courtyard, which included music, sometimes dancing for entertainment, and occasionally a local artisan demonstrating their skill. I have a beautiful lac bangle bracelet as a souvenir.
I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. SIX STARS! "
"The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400"
