Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
We had a wonderful stay at the Decanter. The staff was amazing and so helpful and kind. We were down there for our son's wedding and had several rooms. Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.
Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful.
And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk.

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.
My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.
