Looking for a local hotel, instead of the "tourist" traps in VSJ? One that is literally right on the beach? And has a bar, grill and views of the ocean on BOTH sides? Say no more. Found this place while on the plane on an impromptu, last-minute, mind-clearing weekend trip and couldn't have been more relaxed. Not busy. Not full of tourists like VSJ. Not pretentious. Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Beautiful Room, Beautiful Hotel in Old San Juan

Loved our stay! Great front desk team! So friendly and helpful! The property is a great mix of historic and modern, and the vibe is great. Location couldn’t be better - a 3-5 min walk to all of Old San Juan!

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

We had a wonderful stay at the Decanter. The staff was amazing and so helpful and kind. We were down there for our son's wedding and had several rooms. What made the stay even more special is that we were able to connect 4 rooms through interior doors. The rooms were spacious and the suites offered two separate sleeping areas. It felt like we were in a huge apartment with lots of bedrooms. They had refrigerators, coffee makers, iron/ironing board and hair dryers in the room although the...
