"Great stay at GLō Best Western! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable with fresh, clean sheets. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Perfect location for travelers driving from New York to Florida. Definitely recommend it and will stay again in the future! "

Coming from Europe and used to stay in hotels in this same price range that serve breakfast in rooms way more elegant and using ceramic plates and proper silverware, this experience was a complete dissapointment. Common areas were dirty. Hotel general upkeep is quite poor. Thank God our room was clean. I chose this place since it had the best ratings amongst what was available within this price range. I don’t want to even think what might be the experience in other places. This stay felt more like a Motel 8 back in the early 2000’s than staying at a worldwide recognized hotel chain. "

"The rooms were comfortable but we did not realize the hotel is under renovation when we booked. As such, amenities like the heated pool (pool was open but not heated so felt like ice water) were not available. The rooms were overbooked and the staff was very stressed. There were not enough towels for all of the rooms, only 1 tiny elevator was working, and the breakfast area was extremely crowded."

"I was disappointed with my stay. I booked a king suite & once checked in, I noticed there wasn’t a door like the picture showed. I called the front desk & was told doors were removed some time ago due to issues with circulation but the pictures have not been updated. This is very misleading as this is not a true suite. It is just a standard room. This needs to be handled expeditiously. People traveling with children tend to want privacy. I called hotels.com immediately and the representative proceeded to tell me unless the room was dirty there wasn’t much he could do. He shifted blame to the hotel as well. He ended up putting me on about a 10 minute hold then hung up from his end. I called back a second time & got a much nicer and more apologetic representative. He offered me $50 in key cash as a solution which I accepted because I did not want to keep going back & forth or ruin the vacation dealing with that issue. Seems as if they spent a lot of money on the lobby making it look beautiful with a fireplace and all and the least money on the actual rooms to make guest feel comfortable. The rooms are subpar. I am an avid traveler and would not stay here again nor would I recommend to family or friends. It is not awful but it’s definitely not what I am used to. If you are looking for cheap, be mindful that sometimes you get what you pay for. I would spend a few extra dollars to get something that is more comfortable and a little nicer. Also air conditioning unit ran very loud."

"Wonderful staff! I left my bridal set on bathroom counter....and did not realize! Front desk staff called me within an hour of us leaving to inform me that my rings was at the front desk. I am so grateful for honest staff. "

"No airport shuttle after 11pm, original room was not turned over/occupied, switched rooms where heating/cooling unit had something molding in the grates… staff is very kind but I would not recommend staying here"

"Shortened stay to 1 night due to lack of cleanliness in my room. The front desk agent Divvya, was vey accommodating and offered to switch my room. But I was unable to stay in the "solution" room because upon walking in, it smelled of a heavy odor. I refused to stay the night there. Room is out-dated, shower had hair, bed sheets had black marks. Was hoping for breakfast to satisfy hearing about the omelets bar. There was none."
