"The hotel floor, room furniture, curtains and beds are all new. The Azure hotel appears to be newly built. They look great and the bed is great in my room. When my partner turns, the bed does not rock or move to wake you up. I have a first floor room. The ceiling is high unlike other hotels which have low ceilings. The hotel free breakfast menu is very very limited - no scrambled eggs, no sausage, no waffle, no hot oatmeal porrige, no toast, no hot dish items and not many fruits. It's very very simple. "

"Stay away. Dirty hotel. Hair all over the floors. Mold/black areas in shower, walls, corners, floors. Sink sprayed everywhere. Toilet leak resulted in standing water in the bathroom. Doors don’t shut/seal well. Clean towels had hair on them. Virtual check in, not live person in office. The list goes on. They upgraded me to a new room when I asked for my money back. I’m said you are going to charge me and they did not charge me more. He new room was better but the tub drain was not working so I had to fix it. You could see outside through the poorly mounted ac unit. "

"Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the water park. Restaurants were good. (We ate at the Lobby Grille & the Mexican one). Room was well kept. We just didn't like the sink being in the bedroom area instead of in the bathroom, but it worked out fine since it was not our whole family. It was just my daughter & me. (We were in the Sedona buildings.) My daughter enjoyed the golf cart rides & we walked around the property a bit too. Did not see or experience everything in the 3 nights we stayed. I think we would come back, but I forget if they have 2 bedroom units. We would need that if it was our whole family. "

"I have to go to the cancer center once a month and I live far away so I stay in a hotel sometimes to save the drive. I chose this hotel for the price. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It’s not a newer hotel but it wasn’t in disrepair that I could see. I slept well, didnt hear much noise. I loved that it’s near a Circle K for coffee and Fry’s for groceries. I tried the Waffle House next door and it was fantastic. Overall, a good stay."

"The property is super clean. The pool area is gorgeous . The staff was accommodating and extremely helpful. Also the hotel is close to the airport."

"Same breakfast everyday. No Gluten Free or Dairy Free options. Parking was good. Property needs cosmetic attention, pool space was nice. "
