For the location, staff and service, amenities, conditions of the room, and the price, this is your best bet. Right on beach, breakfast deliver every morning. Everyone that works there is great and helpful. Super helpful with making reservations for dinner, spa and car rental. Provide shuttle pick up to and from airport or ferry. Only one complaint is that throughout the day there was a very foul odor that came from the drains/gutter. Not a true disturbance but it definitely was not...
We loved this hotel-it was immaculate, magnificent view, outstanding staff, great food. We wanted to tell you about 3 things that you may want to improve upon. The 2 beds pushed together caused us to sink in the middle at night which wasn't good. Also the water pressure at times wasn't good & the bath gel didn't lather up.
Just returned from a week stay at the Tom Beach Hotel. We are experienced travelers and this was our second visit to St Barth's. The beach has a rough ride which makes it hard to swim, but the sounds of the waves can be soothing. The property itself is excellent! Warning the property is steep so it can be hard to walk if you don’t have the right shoes.
The property is perfect for people who don't want to be in the "mix". It is on a hill away from the action and very quiet. Not walking distance to anything. The resort itself is quaint with beautiful views. Perfect for relaxation.
