The gal who runs the kitchen for the morning breakfast is fantastic. Always upbeat and cheerful. And the food is good too.

The staff is amazing! Welcoming, very kind, and with someone with a disability they go out of their way to accommodate me.

The rooms were a good size and clean. The gym was great, breakfast had a range of options and was very good. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

We always stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel to Livermore. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Modest old American motel, but nicely refurbished with new floors and facilities. Pleasant hard working proprietors. Clean and comfortable. No corporate presence, two thumbs up.

New clean property. Just a few feet away from bart and other shipping centers. Pretty safe area police patrol all the time. There's a police station next down the block. Keep that in mind.

I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my family to visit relatives in Stockton. It was perfect for six people and they had a cute kitchenette. Not to mention the free breakfast was superb. My only issue was the temperature in the suite would differ from room to room to living room. The first room, guess where the air passes through first, would be either very hot or very cold and it would be very uncomfortable to sleep in and in the living room would be somewhat warm and the third room would...

We are staying in Manteca as wife's mother is in the hospital for undetermined time. We originally booked single night, then extended it another night in same room. On check out day, we requested another 3 days as mother in law was now home recovering. They didn't have same room available for us due to being booked, but upgraded us to a mini suite for same cost. Everyone has been extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again. Breakfast area also very nice.

Excellent property! The only thing was that the A/C unit in our room was loud. Other than that, will definitely return!

Quick check in. Everything was clean and new! My favorite thing was the curtians. Zero sunlight and great a good night sleep. I will definitely come here again. The minifridge was perfect for my drinks and the AC worked perfectly. The shower head was very adjustable ( I'm 6'2.) make sure to try out the breakfast. I didn't have time to go in the indoor pool but it's quite large. Restaurants are just a few minutes away and large stores like Walmart if you need to go there are close as well.

Loved all the staff, rooms so clean, had everything you could need in the room. Beds so very comfortable, shower was awesome! Breakfast very good, lots of options.

We loved it here. Nice and clean room. People were really nice. The breakfast was pretty good. Pancakes made in the spot. The kids enjoyed the stay as well. Would recommend.
