"Lovely room, great location, friendly staff and one of the better breakfast buffets I’ve ever had.
We went to watch some TV during our stay and it didn’t work so we called the front desk who swapped it out with another TV within a few minutes. Very impressed.

Avani was a wonderful part of our experience with gracious staff, and need to shout out to Yob, Who was there for us everyday to assist us and get us up and down the mountain from our villa to the lobby so many times....Our pool villa was fantastic and strongly recommend. all the staff at Avani were there for us. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay at Avani."
"Room was clean, mosquitos were in there but i dont know if thats out of their control. Staff is amazing. Make sure you book your tours with the lady thats next to the front desk!

Tin is such a nice and lovely host, helping you with everything. The rooms are clean und you have a lot of space and lockers to put your stuff. They also provide beach towels. Location is a bit off the main road so very quiet but in walking- distance to everything and with good thai restaurants near by.
The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.
The staff was beyond exceptional and they made us feel like family. The rooms were clean and felt brand new and the breakfast was really good. I will definitely be back!!
We loved our stay. The staff was very attentive. They helped with our every need. They made our travel logistics simple by renting us a motorbike, arranging boats, a ferry, and vans at great rates when compared to other locations. They were even friendly and helpful when we spoke to the staff prior to our arrival. We were surprised at how much space we got for the low rate. The bungalows were like having our own little house! The hotel itself is in a very quiet neighborhood just down the road...
OMG! What is not to like?! This property was beyond stunning!! Surrounded by lush beauty. Safe area to walk around for an early morning coffee and just sit with the locals. Walking distance to beach and food and shops.

We loved the hospitality! My husband actually got sick in the middle of the trip and had to go to the hospital. They were very accommodating, including picking me up at strange hours from the hospital, giving us extra food and water when we were resting, and making sure our room was cleaned in plenty or time.
We loved the location, the staff, and the room! Our only minor issue was the shower not getting warm enough and a kind of mid shower head, but a minor inconvenience for the greatness of this hotel. We would stay again 1000%.
