"This is a good quality hotel right on the beach. So perfect setting. Recommended. Pool area good, rooms nice, breakfast okay. Staff lovely Few negatives, sewage smell is common down the corridor outside room but nothing ever smelt in the room Id definitely return. Had a lovely time "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast. The breakfast hours ran late, and there was a large selection--Western, Indian, and Chinese options. They had cheddar cheese slices and alternated between offering BLUE CHEESE and cream cheese. I was excited about that. They also had fresh baked loaves of bread to cut for toast. I had the Indian tea each morning. Everything was great. I miss the breakfast at this hotel! Another nice thing to note is that they provide blue towels at the front desk that you can check out for beach days and boat tours. This is nice because the shops in town were charging 400-600 THB to purchase towels. We saved money and room in our luggage by borrowing the hotel towels. "

"Our room was facing the smaller pool. The room was ok. Rooms were not cleaned most days til nearly 5pm. If you want chill or have nap. Made it hard because you know they will be coming to clean. We also found the door sign to clean the room later in the week. Not sure if that would have got the room cleaned earlier in the day. We didn't spend much time at the pools. They were very clean. They had bars at them as well. We preffered the beach. Lots of shade with recliners. Bar was close by with the restaurant. If your ordering food it takes a while to come. The beers and sodas were not to cold. They use the same fridge for everything so it is opening a lot. A seperate fridge for the beer would fix that. The breakfast had lots of options.Very satisfied with the selection. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Overall Krabi Resort gave us everything we needed. Very quiet. Outside the Resort are lots if food options not far away and shopping."

"Poorly maintained hotel. For example, they gave us a couple of towels with holes and when we requested new ones, they said that they’re waiting for more towels. The day after, they did exactly the same. The room was nice but also felt old due to maintenance and it was really dark. Bed was awesome and the room size is quite big. Location is excellent. In summary, hotel is ok, but with more maintenance it could be better."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."

"We stayed here twice, the first 2 night stay was great, this one night stay not as good. I've already reviewed our first stay and everything was great. This time it was down to the room which was in need of a bit of updating, but the worst thing was it's proximity to the sewerage system. We were only staying one night with a very early start to go to the airport. The room smelled 'drainy' when we walked in which the housekeeping staff had tried to mask with a room spray. the balcony which overlooked the pool didn't smell, but the wafts from outside the door side were awful. We should have asked to change room, but I hadn't booked this last night until fairly late on and I think the hotel was probably fully booked. Its a convenient stay for the beginning or end of your trip for good access to Krabi airport and everything else about the hotel and staff was good, but if you're given a room in the 6 block (our room was 6212) then ask to change, because we could smell drains all night in the room!"
