"The rooms are good and the ocean view is gorgeous. However, it was the coldest greeting we had since we arrived in Korea a week ago. The rooms are also having some issues: the water is leaking from the shower and the paper on the door (wood like) is not sticking. We were also hearing very well what was happening in the bathroom in the room next to us. In terms of amenities, the rooftop did not really looked like what was advertised as chairs looked more dirty as well as the rooftop in general. I also find it surprising for such an hotel to have customers pay to have a dedicated pool towel and not be able to bring the ones in the bedroom. However location is great, 15mn drive from the airport, lots of restaurants and convenience stores around and it is easy to get a taxi. It is also a more quieter area - which we enjoyed."

The only downsides were the pool being closed for off‑season and the buffet meals being on the expensive side — you can easily enjoy better food for less just outside the hotel. "I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing."
