Sophie helped my son and I have safe travels in Guatemala! We were winging it and she helped guide us in a safe direction and gave us great suggestions! Rosa made a great breakfast and was always there if we needed anything! the place was absolutely beautiful!

We stay here every time we travel to Guatemala. The restaurant is amazing, the breakfast is delicious! Staff is super friendly and I love the location m. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants if you want to venture out. I also love they take you to the hotel.
The staff is wonderful. Excellent service and very clean and comfortable rooms. My only complaint would be the beds seem very hard but that would be a personal preference to have a more comfortable bed.
Centrally located. Access to many restaurants, Church and even a green area to jog (if early in the morning). Rooms are upkept with modern amenities. Great for a short stay for either business or pleasure. Great comfortable bed. Except for the hot water, in the shower that failed the first day, I cannot find any flaws to this hotel. BTW, the water was back that evening... dont know why, so I did not complain to management. Would definetely use again in another trip.
Very clean, employees were most accommodating. Somehow, I was able to make my needs clear to them. They speak very little English and I speak no Spanish. My only complaint is no face cloths were provided. But this was also the case at other hotels. It is a very safe and secure hotel. I felt very comfortable.
Loved the hotel, as there are some beautiful areas where we were able to have friends over and enjoy the sorroundings and have service from the bar. Very quiet area so sleeping was great with only nature sounds.
Hoy tuve la oportunidad de visitar Le Suisse Spa con mi prometida, y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el inicio, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y disfrutamos de una estadía realmente cómoda.
Cenamos en el restaurante Mil Luces y quedamos encantados. Las pastas son una delicia, en especial una que probamos con un queso increíblemente sabroso, totalmente recomendada. Además, pedimos la oferta de botella de vino con tabla de quesos como entrada, y todo estaba espectacular.
