"Room wasn’t what we were expecting - beds were on a platform 3 steps up and had cot sides. Also no bathtub - we asked to be moved to a different room and eventually a compromise was found. They said that Expedia has mixed up the photographs between room types "
"Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Great free breakfast and free tea and coffee in reception. Walkable to the tourist sites (garden, castle), plenty of restaurants and shopping options."

Would definitely go again! I'm so happy I read through the reviews before staying here. Good tips I read that are helpful, is that there are multiple Dormy Inn's in the city, so remember to go to the Central Park one! You can take a bus down the main street, or do a 20 minute walk from the station. I ended up using the bus for when I had my heavy luggage. The floor I was on and room smelt like cigarette smoke for some reason, had to turn on the humidifier to clean the air in my room. Other than that it’s a nice setting, decent room space, and great staff

It is very well located near the main shopping arcade, has a terrific soba restaurant across the street. It has an ok kitchen and be prepared to do some shopping for breakfast. Check-in is. little odd (no front desk - follow written instructions). When the written instructions did not work, we were able to get some help on line fairly easily. If...
Room was clean and have everything one would need. Amenities and services were adequate and convenient. Nothing to complain about. Bed is on the hard side but is a matter of preference.
Very cute hostel. The inside had great design and amenities, like extension cords, card games and hairdryers.
Checkin was no-contact on a tablet. It had a little trouble finding my name but I guess it wanted my full name (first and last) typed in to find it.
We stayed in a western style room with bunk beds. The mattresses are standard futon and very thin but it was fine for two nights. The beds had down comforters and there were extra fleece blankets available in the lobby. The room had its own...
