"This an excellent economically priced hotel. Clean room, but needs a good dusting, staff are friendly and helpful. Heat and AC are more than adequate. Good TV and WiFi. Comfy clean bed. ,"

"Overall, I had a great stay—the room was excellent and the breakfast was very good. I’ve stayed at this location before and had positive experiences. However, around 4 AM there was a major disturbance when children in the hallway set off the fire alarm, waking all guests and causing an evacuation. This significantly disrupted my sleep affecting me to wake up for something important the next day I hope the hotel can take better measures to prevent this from happening in the future."

"Parking was sketchy the lobby was filthy I booked the stay online for 60 but the deposit hold was 100 the place was so sketchy I asked for a refund but they would not so it was a waist of 60 dollars I chose to sleep at a truck stop in my car instead! And felt much safer. The staff was rude from the beginning there were pieces of the building falling off I’m not sure how this place is even in business! "

"Run, don’t walk away from this hotel. I’d rate it negative if i could. BED BUGS The hotel smells of stale food, it’s shabby. All of which could be dealt with for cheap accommodations. But they also have bed bugs. The hotel staff was not helpful, understanding or accommodating. They seem comfortable and unable to understand that bed bugs are a health risk and concern. They also will not refund you. Should you choose to risk it. If you are looking for a dirty, shabby, bed bug infested hotel, Days Inn SUNY is the hotel for you."

"We have stayed here in the past but place has gone down hill. Room had musty odors and tub had dirty ring around it. We arrived at 2:30 pm but clerk made us sit in lobby for 15 minutes before we were allowed to check in. I am aware check in is at 3 but never had to wait if I was a little early. Unacceptable. Breakfast was barely average. Small area with little to recommend. Overall stay was disappointing. "
