Hotels in Kachemak

If you are planning on staying in one of their "Larger Motel/Hotel Rooms" that are advertised to fit 5 people comfortably, do not plan on staying in the room for long periods of time. The room was very nice and tidy but extremely small. When you add the two bunk beds each with a Double bed on the bottom and a twin on top the room becomes almost claustrophobic. We were lucky to be traveling in the low season and were able to upgrade to the Oldtowne Studio Apartments. These accommodations...

Amazing property with spectacular views. One of the best I've stayed at.

Angie and Cheyenne were amazing hosts. They provided us with so many different options in town for activities, food, and entertainment. This hotel was just renovated and the upgrades are excellent. So many nice details throughout the property literally making you feel like you’re at your own home. The room we had was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Location is excellent. You can see the love they have put into this beautiful hotel. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting...

Beautiful spot with lovely views. It was great coming into a warm cabin that was extremely clean. One of the best places I have stayed in all of Alaska.

My three kids and I had a pleasant stay here. Very quiet. I liked that we had four comfortable bed rather than rollaways.

Awesome desk employee helped get a room better for my wife’s condition on the first floor and I treated him with a taco for his help!! We are so very pleased with the staff for their above and beyond attention!!

Boutique Inn. Not really a spas they have no message services. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Please note that they are not very good at answering the phone or responding to calls to the inn!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and above average amenities. Great view too. Would stay against. Owner Capt. Shawn took us on an exclusive boat ride. He was a great guide and very nice man.

Very comfortable and clean. Most of the amenities were brand new. It was an unexpected treat to watch pontoon planes take off and land on the lake while sitting on the back porch. Highly recommend.

Halcyon exceeded every expectation. Rooms are quiet and cozy, spotless, with really nice extra touches throughout. The bed was amazing... I slept so well! Views are spectacular. And the hosts are just a wonderful wonderful couple.

Loved the views and access to the road easily for the activities. The Homer Spit is very close and beautiful route to drive from the hotel.

This place was amazing... the views where unbelievable! Breathtaking!! The cabin was the cleanest thing I’ve been in while in Alaska. I have already sent this place to several friends for their weekend getaways.

We loved the panoramic views of Kachemak Bay and mountains. The cabin is fully stocked with everything needed to have a comfortable stay. Host was friendly very helpful and we highly recommend for a fantastic place to stay.

Cabin was exceptional!!! Very clean, kitchen a big plus and great appliances. Staff answered question by phone and super friendly. (Keyless entry a little tricky for us). Cabin wasn’t facing the lake, but could still see from facing windows. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Homer.

Excellent place to stay. Out of the way, yet close to the things you want to do.
