The Still hotel is perfectly located in Ozo. Less than a minute walk to the Higo Ozy train station. You’ll find plenty of taxis and buses there as well. The hotel itself is relatively new, and is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helps with whatever you need. The rooms are great, spacious bed, wet room and toilet room with bidet. Fresh linens, towels and pijamas every day even if you don’t have room service. A neat bag will be placed on your door including a bottle of water....

Great hotel next to big shopping & restaurant mall. Easy driving to & from. Discount parking vouchers for undercover parking lot 4 minutes away was good. Staff very helpful & friendly

Short 10mins taxi ride from Kumamoto Train station, costs around 10USD for the taxi ride. Within walking distance to Kumamoto Castle, if walking is not your thing, you can take a taxi to the entrance of Josaien, which will lead you to the entrance of Kumamoto Castle as well. The taxi ride was around 5mins, and cost less than 6USD. It is also a short 10mins walk to Tsuruya Departmental Store, and plenty of cute shops in the nearby shopping arcade as well. Great location.

Room is spacious. Area is convenient. Only down side is the hotel is old and needs some facelifting. Breakfast is good.

This is a great hotel! The women’s yokujou on the 2nd floor is under renovation, but other than that, the amenities are wonderful!

Recently renovated. Very nice and large rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. You need to take a bus to get to the center but it is convenient to catch.
