"The studio was very nice, but it is just smack in the middle of a neighborhood. Depending on what you're looking for this is a little awkward but also kinda cool. Main issue was that I never got a message from the property when I asked about checking in so my family arrived and got dropped on the corner with our bags, then had to figure it out. Directions say check in is down the block at an address that didn't exist, though I walked up and down the street while my family waited akwardly. I was able to call and get immediate help though, with the key code to our place. However, they should have sent this over before we were standing there waiting and wondering. Also someone knocked on our door at 2am and thought they were staying at our place so I get the sense that there needs to be better communication overall at this place. Otherwise, very nice and convenient to the airport."

"Hotel, and Room very clean and well maintained. The food was okay, few times our food was either missing items or were not at a good temperature. Also the restaurant in the lobby named Caicu was too expensive, and food did not meet the price tag. The pool was clean, and enjoy that option of having 3 pool options to choose from."

"Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. It really felt like having our own little piece of the rainforest, especially waking up and relaxing to the sounds of nature all around us. Everything was very clean, well kept, and beautiful. The atmosphere made it easy to slow down, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature."

"The room was very clean with an exiting ocean view. The hotel is beautiful. I like it so much. The Coqui water park is very nice, my grandchildren had a lot of fun. I hope we can go back soon it was a very nice stay."

Located to the kiosks who had amazing food, the beach was close in walking distance and still maintained the local vibe. PR best kept secret."

"This is a beautiful resort, but communication is abysmal in Las Casitas, and we had a non-functioning thermostat that was either at 65 degrees or we had to shut off the breaker - so freezing or hot. I expected more for the price."
