"The rooms are cozy and clean, some minor details but not that disturbing. The breakfast was included and very good. Overall it’s a nice place to stay with family. Maintenance should look for room details and fix them in the room. The only issue was that my VIP Gold benefits were not offered or staff did not know of them."

Cesar was in charge of reception, dining, and overall stay while we were there & he was fabulous!! If you are staying in El Valle, this is an absolute must stay. We had dinner & breakfast there & the food was delicious. Service is top notch. Would return in a heartbeat!! Wish we had more days there."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach and next to local corner stores and restaurants. The owner was nice and showed us around when we came in. It was also around a 20 minute walk from the bus stop so there's no need for a car to move around. Theres a rooftop bbq area with hammocks and table top games that anyone staying can use. There's friendly cats on the property so that's a plus too. The shower was a hassle to use, the shower head sprayed everywhere other than me and to use the hot water I had to keep my finger on a hose coming out of the heater. In the middle of the night another person staying came over banging at the door and swearing over tv noise not letting her sleep, even though the volume was at 10%, so noise travels easily between rooms."
