"It was a quick, easy check in process. We needed a slplave to stay for the night and it was nice, clean and easy to find. Check out was even easier. I would definitely stay here again next time i come through the area. "

"Improvement needed: I watched frustrated travelers during the breakfast, unable to handle the quirkiness of the Regular Coffee Carafe. I out the breakfast server and asked if there was a way to get a cup of coffee without pressing 15 times. She quickly came out and showed me how it worked, press down half-way then press a little further four times? She thanked me for asking. The hotel needs to get more user-friendly coffee carafes. This server can't stand there and give all of the guests lessons in pumping. Otherwise, Great Place!"

"The drawers in the dresser wouldn’t stay shut, they kept opening no matter what I did. The room had a musty smell constantly. The beds were absolutely uncomfortable, I had to buy an eggshell mattress pad to be able to sleep. I accidentally left it at the hotel having to abruptly leave. I messed up my check out date and there was nothing left so I had to hurry up and get all my stuff out of the room to leave. Unfortunately it was kind of an unpleasant stay. We traveled from Washington state to Ohio and stayed at several hotels and this bed was the most uncomfortable we stayed at. The location was horrible as well. We had to travel through a horrible parking lot of a restaurant to get to the hotel. "

"Not a good hotel. Room was not very clean. Property old and not maintained well. Key stopped working at 830am. Took 30 minutes to locate staff who could help. I won't stay here again!"
