Hotels in Ar-aro-o

Overall the place was nice with easy access to the beach. I would suggest a better signage to find the location easier. Our room was in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. They need a male person to help us load our suitcases to our room not the same lady who check us in. Also it would be nice if the bathroom is bigger and the sink being too small and right on top of the toilet. Bump my head to the ceiling 2 times!

Very satisfied from check-in to check-out, from the front desk personnel to the chef. It was only a one night stay so our dinner and breakfast was preordered upon check-in. My family enjoyed the food so thank you, Chef Daryl! I have to mention an employee by the name of Karen. Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is.
