"Great breakfast. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu City . The one we stayed was in the former Marriott Hotel connected to Ayala Mall. Perfect location as you do not have to take a taxi to the
mall. Staff were helpful in every way. Very good sized rooms . True to other reviews, carpet is dates but the bathroom size will make up for it.
