"Personally the one that stands out in this property is the customer service, the pool but the food is ok. I got sick after eating dinner at their Japanese restaurant."
"The views, the beach, and the atmosphere are truly excellent. The echo from the people playing in the pool is loud, even to the 7th floor balcony level—that is basically the only complaint we have. Wonderful art, helpful staff, and great food. 100% would stay again."
"This was our second time at the hotel within a week. We came back here after being away in Bohol for three days. Upon check-in, I asked the kind lady at the front desk if she could assign us a better room with a working air conditioner and no musty smells. She said she would try her best. After a few hours, we went back to check and the room was ready. It was in fact better than the first room we had earlier in the week. The air conditioner was still not working at full capacity, but it was better. Also, the room smelled less musty. The next day, we got a notice letting us know that there would be no hot water as the boiler was being worked on. As much as I really appreciate the kindness of the staff, I felt like this property was not the best experience for me and my daughter. I’m pretty certain we will not be back. Sad. :("
"Check in took several. Our rooms were not ready until 4 hours later. Wasted our time and ruined some of our plans that day. However, they offered us drink vouchers and late check out to our satisfaction. Eunard handled our check in and issues and was very professional. He did a great job and tried his best to get as in our room asap.
We had 2 Seaview rooms and the rooms were nice. Although, the bathroom needs a little bit more thorough cleaning to include the walls (1504). One of the rooms (1506) had some flying bugs as we entered and had to start killing them. 1506 has some molds in the bathroom.
Breakfast was one of the best we had on this family vacation.
Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to people who likes a luxurious hotel stay.
Note: You need to make a far u-turn to get to the hotel if you're coming from the airport or the Cebu City side. That part is kind of annoying."
