It felt like you were in a 5 star resort. Everything was so clean. The staff was awesome! The location was so tranquil and relaxing. I will definitely be back again!
Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house!
The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi.

The room well accommodated three people. George was a wonderful host. Very helpful and helped us with any questions we had, helped make dinner reservations, etc.
Only real issue was the shower. It was small (although this is not unusual in Greece), but it was the way it was constructed, all the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor, so we were constantly mopping it up.
Otherwise, I would recommend!
The property was impressive with a nice garden, specious rooms with high ceilings. Nicely decorated. We had coffee maker in the room and there were cookies. The staff was excellent. It was my birthday and the owner left a very nice gift in our room. Those small touches makes a place memorable. The location was excellent, close enough to the town and beaches but far from noises. It was a great experience.
Lovely family who own this hotel. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Very clean rooms. They need to hire a chef and provide dining for guests. Even though we had a car to drive to dinner parking was next to impossible. Had to hire cab to get dinner.
Everything downtown is walking distance. You are on the water, close to the airport and centrally located between the north of the island and the south.
Manager Nikolaos was amazing. Attentive to detail and willing to share ideas plus recommendations! Though the hotel may seem dated, the location and basic necessities are all there especially if you want to acclimate to the area prior to adventuring further on the beautiful island of Chios. The hotel I believe is family owned therefore you will most likely have a cozy and warm stay.

The hotel is clean enough. Hallways have seen better day. But the grocery next door, the taxi stand at the corner and being at the heart of the area with infinite tavernas and beautiful views of the bay, all is wonderful.
