"I had a great time staying here as a solo-female traveler. The location was super easy for uber pickup/drop off, the beach was a 5-7 minute walk away, and tons of different shops and restaurants were within a 15 minute walk. Old San Juan is about a 12-15 minute uber ride away. I generally felt safe in my unit (I wasn’t staying out too late so I can’t speak to late night happenings). I would definitely consider staying here again. The only minor complaint I have is around cleanliness. The bathroom had at least 3 different people’s hair in various places that were immediately obvious when I used it for the first time. Ultimately it wasn’t that much of a problem for me.
The check in and check out instructions provided were super clear and easy to follow, and communication from the property about regularly scheduled maintenance was timely and professional. "
