From the valet and front desk to the waiters and chef, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. "Everything about this hotel was amazing — the staff, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall experience were all excellent. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is choosing the mountain view room. Personally, I found the view a little disappointing compared to the rest of the experience. I’d definitely recommend choosing a different view if possible. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would happily stay here again!"

"The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The room was well appointed and simply decorated. It is well located in the bottom half of the Medina which is helpful for people with walking difficulties. Chaouen is not made for those actually, the stairs are steep and the streets are unevenly paved."

"A very nice, beautifully decorated, comfortable B&B in the heart of Chefchaouen. Helpful polite personnel, delicious breakfast and complimentary tea at night on roof terrace with awesome views. Location is very convenient close to great shopping and dining (CHEF-CHAOUEN RESTAURANT is the best!). Inexpensive parking is available near Parador Hotel or down the street (it is not possible to drive to Iguana Azul due to its location in the Medina). The only issue we had was the refrigerator. It was not cooling for some reason although it was on. We highly recommend this hotel for couples or solo travelers visiting beautiful Chefchaouen. It is a good value and a great place to stay in the Blue City."
