The hotel has wonderful staff and was well maintained. It was really nice that 3 meals a day were included in the price. While the buffet was limited in variety, the food was good. This is very close to the Ranthambore National Park and the hotel will provide blankets and water for each guest going on safari.
The staff were extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant. Everyone bent over backwards to help us and make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The room was really nice and the pool area was relaxing. We spent a few days there and really enjoyed it.
This is an amazing heritage hotel in a beautiful part of Rajasthan where the tiger forest is. If the Amber Fort were a hotel, this would be it. Perfect! And they upgraded me to an amazing suite which was very grand.

We stayed here as a hopping off point for our visit to Ranthambore National Park for Tiger Safaris. We were not disappointed. The hotel is relatively new and well kept. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food good, hot water with good pressure, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. In particular Surendra Prajapati and Vicrun were super helpful.
Loved the new hotel, and our rooms had their own swimming pool and open-air bathtub! Loved it ! Loved the live performances at Hi Tea!
But missed lots of fresh vegetables at dinner, we were told, as the hotel was in the middle of a desert, fresh vegetables were not possible!
