If you are trying to decide between the Marriott properties- this is definitely the best (more to open soon though). Very small for a Fairmont but very nice property with all 72 rooms facing the sea. Everything you could want is on the property. Only challenge is that, for those who must roam, you must walk a bit to town, take a very convenient and inexpensive public bus, or taxi if you don't have a rental car.
Staff was the most pleasant and accommodating I have ever encountered.

The public transportation was quite easy and accessible. .

Although my party consists of (4) four person, however, the breakfast was only available to (1) one person.

I never review any place I've been, but this place really exceeded my expectations.
First off, I should say: The staff said this was their busy season, with occupancy around 90%. But, it didn't feel that way. No problem getting a table at the restaurants, no problems finding a place to sit at any of the pools... even if we came down at noon, there were always beach chairs available.

The hotel staff was very warm and friendly; they checked in on my friends and I daily and gave us great advice of places to visit, places to eat and booked a catamaran excursion for us that picked us up and dropped us off.
