Hotel is very nice, service is good only if you ask for it. First day, we had everything complimentary water, towels, toilet paper. Second day, they forgot to give us more water, third day forgot to give us towels, forth day there was no toilet paper,- each time we would call them and they would bring it in 10 minutes- but for a 5 star hotel, you think they would think of these stuff and save you the time and drama
Outstanding staff in a beautiful hotel with great breakfast. The owner of the hotel personally selected the different heritage items in each room. The staff went out of their way to make sure our every need was taken into consideration.
Well maintained grounds, beautiful gardens and paths and the construction is fashioned as traditional Kerala home villas. This is a must stay property. Food was good and they have lots of activities for the families. The staff is pleasant but not uniformly friendly and not everyone is attentive as other places. I feel they could work on this piece. It seemed some were not happy working at the property and were just getting by. All that being said, I would return to this resort and wish I could...
From the minute we entered the hotel we were in love. The hotel is beautiful the staff is professional and extremely attentive. The hotel is in a great location and all the amenities are state of the art. I rarely write reviews but I so pleased with my stay I told myself I will write one to assist others looking for a hotel in Kochi to stay in. Take my word book this hotel you will not regret it. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the staff had some lovely surprises waiting for us....
Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.
We stayed for 4 nights in early January and were blown away by the crisp new and luxurious facilities, the cleanliness and attention to detail and the effort of some of the hotel staff, notably Mr. Ebin in the cafe to give personal attention and make the Marriott feel more like a home away from home. I really want to thank all of the staff for such an enjoyable stay.
With only 28 rooms/stand-alone bungalows this is a 5-Star experience with unbelievable service in the backwaters of Kerala. We had a bungalow overlooking the large lake and it was luxurious- like a private house on a hotel property. Private pool, outdoor bathroom, shower and bathtub with an overhead fan was charming.

Literally amazing from the moment we pulled in. The staff is incredible and the main highlight of our stay. We were there for a short time and wanted to pick up spices and snacks from this region before we left and the staff found us all the things we wanted and brought it to our room and made it easy for us to get the whole experience!
