An absolutely amazing place. From the ultraspacious room to the extraordinary bathroom to a private pool overlooking the ocean. Beautiful decor and stylish everything. Couldn't have been better. Just wish i was there for longer.

We really enjoyed our stay in this resort, the lagon was great, we had a great time , and we enjoyed the night market besid the hotel, many restorants out side and there is a nice SPA , the only issue with this hotel was far a way from the city.

The hotel simply great, we paid a fair price and the conditions were amazing. There are two G hotels, located near each-other. You can simply walk to mall (5 minutes) or take a buggy from hotel there as they do a shuttle between the hotels. Go another 5 minutes and you reach the night food market, it opens after 6 PM with a great variety of food. The prices are ok, we tried a lot of "weird" food, some is good some is bad, depending on your taste. Best way to travel here is Uber, fast and...

We stayed there for 3 weeks and we had a great time. Great foods, buffet or non-buffet at the hotel, friendly and helpful staffs, clean. Its located within walking distance to major shopping malls, Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon, hawker stalls. Plan to stay here again on our next trip.

Excellent staff! Really well maintained facilities

Best hotel we stayed at in Malaysia. If you want to enjoy Pinang in comfort - this is a great choice. Large well equiped rooms, fantastic shower, great location - convenient with or without a car. I picked this hotel because of its great reviews and they are well deserved.

Loved the kids club and free shuttle to George Town. Great pools and beachside. Location great, local shops and restaurants. Well price and great value.

Restaurant is excellent and service is great. Staff very helpful. Because it's a small hotel the staff remembers you and what you like.

I stayed six nights in early February. Because the location was great, I walked to restaurants and shops in Georgetown. My room was big and had a sea view. The cleaning crews cleaned my room twice a day. The front desk staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. However, during six nights of staying at E & O, I have had some negatives feelings about this hotel. First, some guest were pretty rude. They talked so loudly in the hallway, and their conversations woke me up a few times. I was not sure...

We stayed one night at this remarkable hotel and was professionally chaperone by Pushpa & Andy's excellent service to perfection. Breakfast was awesome and staffs were ever eager to meet your food craving desires. Our only regret is not staying for more than one night and already planning for a second longer visit. Great service and selfless courtesy is what we experienced. Thank you!!
