I selected this hotel because it offered free parking, when I arrived, there was nowhere to pull up and then they informed me that they only have 8 parking spots, and I needed to reserve them in advance, they just blamed it on Expedia. I had to go down the street and find a public lot. They told me the public lot would take a credit card, not to worry. I went to retrieve my car and they only took cash 🙄. The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center.
