Hotels in Pinson

I stop in Jackson often on my way to see family in Texas. I always use this hotel as I can count on it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. After 8 times never a problem.

I love staying at Springhill suites. I love the extra room and the friendly people at work here.

The Staff was absolutely Amazing. So nice, especially the tall older black man that ran the breakfast bar. Good breakfast bar too btw. Also, pool and hot tub were excellent!!! Rooms clean, soft bed, good shower pressure, door dash delivered.

Breakfast was exceptional — thank you Elvis!!

The staff was very friendly very helpful no problems anything you ask for they was right there to give it to you ladies at the front desk was real helpful with getting my booking right can't thank them enough!!! Great atmosphere I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Location is great.

The staff was great and very conveniently located. Clean room and breakfast was adequate. Mrs. Mary was fantastic and she treated our girls like her own grandkids. From the White's, a big shout out to her for representing Jackson in style.

My son goes to Lane College there in Jackson, me and my wife have tried a couple of hotels before this one ..all bad experiences...this hotel is the total opposite, friendly staff, clean rooms, overall nice environment...we stay here everytime we come to Jackson now ..a number of restaurants near by and shopping area.. pleasant stay, we drive all the way from Dallas and this is the only hotel we have been satisfied with, no issues thus far . awesome staff

They don’t offer hair dryer or coffee maker in room. We had 2 pets they changed us $50 cleaning charge plus $10per pet that’s $70 for One night. Plus the $100 + we paid for the room

I don’t know if this hotel is new or just newly remodeled. It’s very nice. The single piece shade for the window eliminates that center window gap for light and lack of privacy. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff was nice. I liked the area to purchase drinks and snacks so I didn’t have to go out for them. Hot breakfast was good except they only had sausage as the meat which gives me heartburn. They had a GF cereal. My only complaint is these big bottles of toiletries instead of...

OMG I can’t rave enough about this property!!! First off I use a black light in every hotel because I like to ensure it’s clean. It passed with flying colors. However the absolute highlight of our stay was the fact that I left my wedding ring on the nightstand the day we checked out and not only did the hotel secure it they tracked me down via social media to contact me and return it!!!!! I am soooo thankful because I was sweating bullets having to tell my husband I lost my wedding ring ON...

Jordan at the front desk has gone out of her way to help us several times. The staff at the bistro are also extremely helpful and friendly. All of the maintenance and housekeeping staff seem to be doing a great job. Very clean, prompt, polite, professional staff all the way around. This was my first visit at this location in Jackson. This hotel has become my favorite place to stay in central Tennessee. Easy access, great staff, comfortable, clean rooms and the in-house restaurant make for a good experience every time. The rooms themselves feel a bit dated, but everything else more than makes up for that. In fact, my last time through they were booked, but I still stopped at the restaurant and got a recommendation for another hotel from them.
