Hotels in Bassat

The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.

The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, comfy bed, nice staff, breakfast was good, prompt shuttle service. I’m glad that I made the right choice. We’ll definitely stay there again. Only comment is, I have to wait for 20 minutes when checking out because they have to check all the towels in the room which is no big deal.

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.

I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Mansion Hotel. This was the 3rd time I stayed here. Tabaco doesn't have many hotels to choose from and this is definitely the nicest one in the town/ It's modern, very clean, a wonderful staff and very quiet since it is not in the downtown area. They also have 2 nice sized restaurants. Definitely will stay here again.

Room is clean and staff were superb

Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.

Very satisfied with the hotel as a whole. We occupied five rooms and everybody agreed that our over-all experience with staying at this hotel is very satisfactory. Terrific daily breakfast served. We will certain stay at this hotel again and endorse it to relatives and friends.

Not walkable in that area. Nice hotel but bathroom floor leaked in rain. Chinese restaurant adjacent had incomplete menu for single diner. Limited beer selection, no bar. Room sparce but generally clean but not well repaired. Wifi did not work as per directions. Nice staff, very helpful.

I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay.

Good air con, hot water shower, comfortable bed, good tv programming, quiet night's sleep, good breakfast.
