Wonderful experience. It's a perfect location for events at the Ancient Theater, near great restaurants, a two minute walk from the Kapana shopping area, and central to lots of historical ruins. The hotel itself is great for history buffs with the ruins underneath, which they give daily tours for. The staff and amenities were great as well. Staff were all fluent in English. Would stay there again.

This small hotel has five rooms, which insures that Demater, the owner, gives everyone his undivided attention. He speaks fluent English, having spent two years in Atlanta, and when you check in he explains everything in detail, including wifi, local restaurants, best routes for sightseeing, etc. Breakfast is tasty and so satisfying that you may find it lasts almost until dinner, or at least until tea time. The hotel was excellent. Everything is new and clean with a very sleek modern decor that is bright and chic. Lora was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She helped us to park our car, gave great tips for the city, and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast had amazing Bulgarian ingredients from the farm and from local sources. This hotel was wonderful. After reading so many great reviews I decided to stay here for three night. It was the best decision ever! The hotel is situated in a really great area. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are perfect with really beautiful antique pieces with so much charm. The staff is wonderful and they really go out of their way to assist you in anything. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. This hotel was perfect and I look forward to stay for there again in one year
