Hotels in Mata Hambre

By far the best hotel I ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, safe. Staff is professional, polite and attentive

Great hotel but Gaby and Carolyn need retraining. I felt I was bothering them at check in. They kept talking about personal stuff. I looked around to see if I was at McDonald’s.

John was Amazing taking our bags up stairs and delivering food to our door. And the dining staff has magnificent customer service always with a smile. The best so far.

Hotel and staff were awesome! Room was nice and the view was beautiful. Infinity pool was much smaller than pictured on Expedia, the water was cold, but it was enjoyable. The bathroom door was stuck, wouldn't lock, front desk was contacted but door was not fixed since we had to be present in the room, and we were out and about! Overall exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

Good

If I could rate this hotel higher I would. I was surprised when walked in, everything needed was there, it's exactly as the photos show and more. They think of almost every detail in order to make you feel at home. Everything is near, it's great if you will cook at home. Their breakfast is good, but highly recommend going before 9.15 if you want to eat properly. They have pots and utensil for you to make your meals, but if you would like they also have room service. A tip for everyone, you can...

No hassling my guest they greeted them with open arms I will be staying here when I return in May Everyone was nice and helpful from the bell hop to the ones at the front desk to the bar tenders down to the clean up crew they where all very respectful. They got my vote for best hotel in Dominican Republic 🇩🇴

Just perfect

Perfect !

5 star luxury. very clean. very beautiful room. the service is excellent. alot of great places to take pictures! just beware that 18 percent tax is added by the govt of the dominican republic to everybill. i was also robbed at the airport of 60 dollars by the customs because my passport was not stamped at entry and i had to pay a "minimum" 1 month overstay tax or be arrested (i was there for 3 nights) i will be contacting the ministry of tourism to report this. now if i was charging 18...

Clean, economical, and situated in a quiet neighborhood close to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and a gym.

The hotel was fabulous. I couldnt believe how comfortable and how friendly the staff was. Knew my name at the restaurant the same day and greeted every morning. Amazed and please we will be back

Our cleaning lady Noemi we stood in the tower room 328 she was awesome my room was sparkling clean

This hotel was great. Everything I expected from Marriott. The hotel was well kept and very clean. The staff was very professional and efficient-- check-in/check-out was fast. The breakfast was great--freshly made omellettes. Only problem, I made reservation for 2 adults with the breakfast option but I found out it only covers 1 person. I feel that if reservation is for 2 people both should be covered for breakfast.

Excellent! One of the best establishments I stayed at in the DR. From the welcoming staff to the room service. They take a lot of pride in hosting their guests.
