A huge shoutout to Ali, who took us snorkeling and on the dolphin cruise — such an incredible experience and he made it even better! Abba took such great care of us on the beach, always checking in and making sure our drinks were full and we were comfortable. Queen greeted us every morning and afternoon with the biggest smile — she truly brightened our days. And Steven was one of the best servers we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and just an all-around great person. Honestly, every single team member we came across made us feel so special. "The time we spent at RIU Jambo was fantastic. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, I want to list out the highlights - Rooms were clean and the sea view was perfect - The food offerings were good with a lot of options, I especially loved breakfast - All the staff and RIU Jambo for pleasant and charasmatic. Good customer service goes a long way and RIU Jambo has some of the best customer service I have experienced - Hotel grounds were beautiful with plenty of spots for pictures - Spa was nice and professional offering a wide range of services - Beach at this location was great for swimming and water activities 10/10 , I would stay here again"

"This is a lovely hotel in a historic building. It’s walking distance to all the sights of Stonetown. Our room was clean and comfortable. The balcony looked out to the Indian Ocean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist who helped us with booking our transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. "
