Very nice, new ,easy in and out. Friendly staff. Only thing i dislike about most newer hotels are the very loud CLICKING locks.

The room and especially the bed was extremely spacious and comfortable. I would surely stay here again.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff

The hotel lived up to the hype! Historical details were everywhere. We stayed in the Back Street Suite, and you couldn't help but notice the thought put into every detail of the room. The room was clean, the sheets were soft, the pottery in the room was beautiful, and the toiletries provided were top notch. Marshall is a beautiful small town, and the residents were very welcoming. The only downside was that my sister and I could only stay one night. I will stay at the Old Marshall Jail...

The night shift receptionists made checking in and out a breeze plus was more than helpful on dinning and things to do around Asheville...wish everyone else was as polite and helpful as she was ...i do believe her name was Zoe

It's a nice property. Room was clean. Not a fan of the homeless people, and drug use in the parking lot, but hotel is probably powerless against that.

Great place to stay. There are two Hampton Inn’s with Biltmore in the name. This is the one further from the estates.

Hotel was quiet and was easy to get to as well as around town from there. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the firepit! Only negative was the faucet in the bathroom as you could hardly get your hands under it should be a different faucet.

For someone who doesn't normally embrace the camping lifestyle, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff was super helpful, the riverside location was beautiful and the amenities were a nice upgraded touch. Next time I will be more prepared to enjoy the campfire and river to the fullest extent

It’s got super fun decor and good breakfast options. The staff is friendly and expert at their jobs. My room was quite comfortable and I plan to be back here again!

This was a quite nice hotel, especially for the price. I enjoyed my stay here very much, but there was not very much parking considering the size of the hotel. It's located in kind of a weird spot near the back of the hotel lots, but did have a nice view of the highway leading into the mountains - plus a toyota dealership.

We have a great experience in this hotel. Actually this is the second time we stay here. The room is very clean, the beds are well made, super soft bedsheets. They are dog friendly with several pet stations around the building. The breakfast is amazing, they offer full buffet and every day there are a few different items changed in the menu (great Frittata and the Quiche!!) Front desk very friendly and Alexis was super helpful and patiently itemized all my charges as I asked for details. The...
