Hotels in West End

"Breakfast better than Holiday inn express. Very fresh. Would have preferred old fashion oatmeal to instant. Attendant was conscientious. "

"The rooms were unclean even at check in the bedsheets were dirty the staff never offered clean sheets nor clean room. The chair was dirty their were roaches everywhere I took photos and complained to management yet nothing done"

"Pool is apparently "seasonal", 90 degrees this week and other pools in the area were open. I was told that if I had booked directly vs through a 3rd party that their website says this. Not anywhere I could find. Also no breakfast, a dozen bitesize muffins, bread slices, butter and jelly. Instant coffee and a gallon of milk. Its unfair for hotels to advertise this as breakfast vesus what a Holiday Inn offers."

"They had a large contingent of construction workers staying there. Im sure it was a coincidence that my laptop was stolen from the rental car in front of the hotel. Kinda out of the way from everything."
