Friendly and very helpful staffs. Excellent centrally located location. Well designed 5 years old facility. Our room F401 with a separate spa room and oversized tub exceeded our expectation. Train station is within 8 minutes walk and bus station is within 5 minutes taxi ride. Good selection of buffet breakfast. Highly recommended and will return to same hotel again.
Stayed in a very comfortable room with separate hot and cold spring water tubs and a great view of the mountain and stream. Great TV programs and very friendly staffs added majestic home feelings.
Sis and I arrived the resort around 9pm. Already informed them about our late arrival due to flight delay so the staff waited for us and came to the door to receive us once we reached. We felt warm when they offered us a box of Yilan famous Yih Shun Shiuan Panna Cotta Roll after knowing that we had no dinner as all the neighbourhood's shop had closed when we reached. All the staff were very friendly. Strongly recommended.

Breakfast very good with Taiwan snd Western offerings. Many coffee shops nearby on way to expo. Only one comment for guests. Make sure to book on the entry side of the hotel. The other side rooms have windows that do not allow sight outside or light in. I am a bit claustrophobic snd need sunlight in morning. ...
