This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. A great addition to Birmingham! Some start-up kinks like condensation noise from the refridgerators and slow service in the restaurant. However we will be back!

I didnt get his name but the gentleman at the front desk was really efficient and kind. He made my daughter and granddaughter feel really welcome. We were there because of its close proximity to Children's Hospital.

We enjoyed our stay; check in was fast and easy. The room itself was nice; the only thing I could say is that the mat in the tub could be cleaner

Clean and safe environment for our family stay. The pool was clean and breakfast was full.

The room was great and the staff was nice. We stayed 2 nights and the only problem we had was, if we left for more than a couple hours, we would get back and our key card wouldn't work, and the day of checkout it was deactivated at 8 when checkout is 11. We went to get breakfast and come back and our key wouldn't work again.

Room was clean along with the bathroom, shower was roomy and had good water pressure. TV worked fine, all lights were working, plenty of clean towels. They had a small pool and exercise room. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking. This location was just over a small hill from Interstate 65 which meant it was a little more quiet than some others. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Plenty to eat in the morning if you wanted that.

Very nice property. Comfy room and bed, and great breakfast. Very clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here before flying home from Birmingham Airport.

The hotel has been open for about 1 month. The rooms are very large and comfortable, equipped with a mini kitchen. It is conducive to long stays and would work well for business travellers. The staff was extremely friendly. This is my hotel of choice when staying in this area just north of Birmingham.

The customer service is was makes the hotel! Everyone wasnt as bubbly/happy, but Alicia and Della from the kitchen are the perfect example of great employees and perfect face for representing this company.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained. The property was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
