Great stay, staff were awesome. Comfortable room. Easy walk to airport if you're traveling light, and to light rail station.

Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Room was nice, could have used some Kleenex. It was comfortable and generally quiet. There were a few stray hairs on towels and sheets which was kind of gross. I would stay again but recommend stronger washing machine for linens, and bumpers for the sharp corners of the beds to prevent bumping with knees.

I was so surprised by how much I loved this property. It’s dog friendly and the staff is so nice. They have a great free breakfast buffet and free soup and salad every night. Walking trails just outside and lots of dining options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had an end room on the first floor which was great for our dog. The room had high ceilings and was very spacious. Laundry, gym, pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. I’d definitely book here again.

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. It really worked as it’s close to great hospitals for early morning procedures. The staff here were all GREAT & nice cozy room!

Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

The staff is always so nice . Helped us check in quickly . When we needed some food heated up. The lady was super friendly and thoughtful. Had a smile on her face the whole time even though it was very late at night . I’m 7 months pregnant and I get random cravings . She made the stay perfect.
