Appreciated the Underground pkg., although the spaces were a bit small to maneuver. Liked that there were convenient & walkable places eat in the area. The staff was very friendly.

Best place to stay while in Seattle

Great location and room was clean and comfortable.

I was so surprised by how much I loved this property. It’s dog friendly and the staff is so nice. They have a great free breakfast buffet and free soup and salad every night. Walking trails just outside and lots of dining options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had an end room on the first floor which was great for our dog. The room had high ceilings and was very spacious. Laundry, gym, pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. I’d definitely book here again.

Great stay, staff were awesome. Comfortable room. Easy walk to airport if you're traveling light, and to light rail station.

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked. We had an incredible stay here. You can’t beat the location and the price. I felt this block was in a nicer portion of downtown. There weren’t people sleeping on the sidewalks outside and the light rail is only two blocks away. We also parked our car in a parking garage one block away for $30 a day. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get it for this great price again.

When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .

The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Was just overnight and off to my cruise, got a shuttle for only $20 to pier 91. Hotel staff set me up with it. I would have never known and paid for Uber that would have been $80. Thank you

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. The neighborhood is awesome, we love Belltown, so many great places and live music. There are a few people that denigrate Seattle for the homeless situation, but it’s not any different than any other major metro area. One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.
