Convenient place for a night in Seattle - thanks to transit station that's a 1.5 block walk. Staff was great. Room was a little worn - stains on carpet, bathroom caulking loose. No deal breakers, but not deserving of 5 stars. We would stay here again.

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. The room was very nice and big. You could see the Space Needle from the window. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The only downside was the room was not ready at check in time.

The hotel is across from a Target, a block from Pikes market and an easy walk(with luggage), to Westlake train station. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site( Ben Paris) has really good food. But the best thing is the bed!!!!

Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. Staff was amazing, and the building is elegant and historic

It was a nice stay. Beautiful and comfortable room. Check out was a bit crazy as the cruises were coming in as we were leaving. That is understandable. The parking is incredibly easy in this location! It was super!

College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Great location and prices on rooms

We elected to not have the daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 daily food/drink credit. However the bar was way too crowded to use it so we didn’t get to redeem it. Other credit options would be nice to have since we saved the hotel wages paid to housekeeping by doing this. Also, it would be nice to have a mini fridge rather than a mini bar in the room.

It really worked as it’s close to great hospitals for early morning procedures. The staff here were all GREAT & nice cozy room!

It’s a beautiful hotel in great location! Loved how welcoming and grand it was to walk in there! Staff were great, my room had a great view. The only thing I didn’t like was the $25 tourism fee and a lot of fees adding up at the end. Also there was no hot tubs there.

It is by a busy road but the noise wasn’t too bad. Location was convenient and the staff were awesome

The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Overall a nice place to stay
