"The hotel did not accept the booking by the app and I had to pay again rs 1500 rs that too for one night.pl.verify and refund my booked amount and never ever inconvenience customers like me.your customer care was also not available N.c.narasimhacharyulu. Hyderabad."

"When I reached hotel yesterday Afternoon around 2 PM, I was told that there is no reservation for our 3 rooms. After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place where the building is very old, no lift. The rooms he gave us in a different property is not like a hotel. It is totally a lodge with 4 rooms in the terrace with an iron structure staircase. Fortunate there was a person over there to lift the baggage thru the stairs. I never book in this hotel again."
