I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but the service I received at this hotel inspired me to make the time. The location, customer service, cleanliness, dining options, walk ability, and everything else was great. However, what really shows how much they are willing to go above and beyond happened after I checked out. Big beautiful pool to hang out after a day out . Close to the airport and about a 25 min ride to the touristy things , but the taxis using grab are very reasonable.The staff were so kind and helpful . One staff member went above and beyond . Thank you Tri for for all the recommendations about where to go in the city and help with Grab app etc .

Stayed here for my mother's birthday. I put in the special requests that it was for her and one day, when she came back to her room, there was a cake and card waiting for her, and it lit up her face, she was very happy. The stay overall was great, the location is perfect for everything we needed. Very reasonably priced for the two rooms I rented (1 regular and one suite for the parents). A beautiful hotel, well positioned close to attractions, shops and restaurants

Although we stayed only one night, I was very happy with the service and friendliness of all staff. The decoration of the hotel from the lobby to the room looks great and modern. Very clean! Found it is close to the airport, to the Saigon river docking station if you are planning to take a speed boat and even a walking distance to the Ben Thanh market which is quite interesting to walk around. Everything was great from the staff, food and property. The only thing that I did not like was the shower water flowing towards the toilet and into the drain on the opposite side. After showering, every time we would use the restroom, the floor would be wet. Otherwise than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

Great location

Fantastic location and the hotel staff was over the top with helpfulness!! The room was clean and had a nice layout but it seemed a bit dark. Additional lighting would be great but certainly no deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this hotel
