"This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to San Ignacio. It is right in the middle of town and only a block from our excursion and shuttle meeting point. Right by the market too. This place isn't luxury but excellent value for the price. I would stay here again for sure."

"Staying at Ka'ana Resort was a relaxing and peaceful experience. Immediately upon arrival, I noticed the lush gardens. The hotel and property are kept immaculately, and the amenities provided everything I was looking for in a resort. The pool and spa are at the heart of the resort, and there are two firepits for evening s'mores. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, and they offered excellent recommendations for activities during my stay. My partner and I enjoyed the Mayan abdomen massage by Anisa and Nuri. It was relaxing and restorative. Having a suite with a private plunge pool is the way to go. It is a romantic sanctuary and the best way to experience this resort as a couple. The food is absolutely amazing. With an organic garden on site, the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning to Ka'ana next time I am in Belize. Highly recommended."

"What a lovely place to stay, and what great service! Under Paula's stellar leadership, the staff was terrific. Got great advice about things to do, better than what was in the guidebooks. The room was spacious and comfortable and the food was good, We enjoyed the quiet pool under beautiful trees, where we sae an agouti scampering by. It's in town, but up a hill, so it's convenient but has a nice view over the valley. On-site parking was convenient and secure. It's literally next door to the Cahal Pech Mayan site, which we got to tour that almost by ourselves."

"Well my daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. From the beginning of our arrival we were welcomed! Loved our time there. The entire staff are super friendly and kind. "We recently stayed in the family room and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and included three beds—two doubles and one king—which made it perfect for a family. The bathroom and shower were also noticeably larger than those in the standard room we stayed in during our previous visit. Another benefit is that the family room is located on the opposite side of the building from the pool and patio bar. The pool area can get a little lively on weekend evenings, although the music and activity do quiet down later at night. We also really enjoyed the new menu at Chef’s Patio. It offers a great variety of options, including appetizers, breakfast, burgers, Belizean dishes, pasta, and other lunch and dinner choices. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and homemade. They were out of a few items during our visit, but there were still plenty of delicious options to choose from. The seating is outdoors under a large covered area, so it can feel warm, and bringing bug spray is definitely a good idea. The staff was courteous, friendly, and welcoming, with the relaxed and laid-back atmosphere you would expect in Belize. This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. We look forward to returning again!"

"We had a great time staying at Villa Massis. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating and very warm and they took good care of us while we stayed there."
