In all the times that I have been going to Baguio, the Newtown Plaza Hotel by far is the perfect hotel for me. Friendly and efficient staff, quick check in and check out service, nice and very comfortable rooms, magnificent view and ambiance of the City of Pines, what more could I ask for!
Stayed for 9 days. We love staying at the Chalet Baguio because as always the staff are exceptional and always so friendly and remember us from previous stays! The first thing that impressed me with Hotel Elizabeth Baguio is its structure which has so much character in it. But along with that is the very friendly and accomodating staff that made check in and check out easy and our over all stay in the hotel nice and comfortable by attending promptly to our needs. Another plus is the breakfast in which they provide plenty of choices for everyone. Truly they're part of a memorable trip to Baguio City.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's new but somehow it's very cozy. You feel nestled in the woods somehow and it has an ambience of a ski resort that makes you feel instantly relaxed I was too busy exploring so many places in Baguio that I didn't really get to enjoy the hotel itself and the area around it, such a a shame. I like that the rooms had balconies and you feel like you can almost touch the trees. The breakfast had a good variety of viand, I just wish that they would...
The host was very accommodating as we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early and helped us with our bags. The place is clean and close to some attractions. If we come back to Baguio soon, we will definitely look to them first!
Beautifully decorated hotel situated in Baguio city. It is on a busy street but convenient for our driver to get to. We were greeted upon entering by all staff. The 5 rooms I booked were all clean, beautiful and included breakfast daily which was a delicious addition to the hotel stay. The rooms do not need air conditioning because it is cool at night and there are air fans in each room. I cannot wait to return. All of our guests were happy with their rooms.
This is an institution! The building has so much history. However, we were given a room above the reception and the restaurant. It was very noisy. We had to ask to be transferred to a room at the back which we did the 2nd night. There was a wedding and a golf tournament. When these events happen they should not use these rooms. The music lasted long after 10 pm and stopped around 10:45 pm after I called the front desk but the customers kept carrying on. We had a very bad first night.
Good location,close to tourist attractions.Safe and quiet with security guard on site. Master bedroom shower broken but hand shower was working set at warm temp.,better if main shower is working.
With furnished kitchen.Electrical sockets esp.for microwave loose,have to hold cord to heat food.Property was clean.We enjoyed our stay in Baguio.
The staff were kind and attentive. It’s located in the middle of CJH so it’s a walking distance to shopping and food. There’s a stop for a free shuttle across the street. It’s quiet. I’d stay here again.
Place is very nice and elegant. Good customer service. Except for the toilet tank that doesn't fill up water . We checked in late . We didn’t call for a service because it’s already late. We just used the bidet to fill up the water tank. Which is they should have checked it first.
