This review reflects an unfortunate situation in which an employee’s behavior necessitated my making a complaint to the management. They responded quickly and appropriately. It would be unfair rate my stay based on one staff member; the others were great.
Not so pleased, however, with Hotels/Expedia refund policy. Shouldn’t be so difficult once property agrees to the refund. ☹️☹️☹️ for Expedia.
great property in an ideal area. definitely worth the price. I would recommend the place to anyone. the 5pm check in is a little late and even though it was advertised that an earlier check in is possible it feels like from my experience they just say that
The property is newly renovated and clean. Check in is on time only- no early check ins. The room had a very small fridge while 2 big fridges were available on the main floor. While table and chairs were available on the balcony , none were located in the room. The owner was nice and allowed us to stay in the main area after the check out time. The place is mostly as described on the website.
