I've been going to Porec for 5 years now, primarily in the summer months. The Parentium is far and away the nicest resort in the area and usually the most expensive. It is the only property I know of in the area with a beach that can be described as sandy. The staff has always been a little chilly. Being massively concerned with the number of people in your room. I learned a couple of years back to always book for two people because it costs the same as one on the internet, but if you only...

Nice hotel, excellent rooms, new,

The Valamar Riviera Hotel offers a superb location right on the waterfront and next to many restaurants and bars. We were greeted by the friendly staff who facilitated a very smooth and pleasant check-in. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and met (or even exceeded) our expectations. The breakfast buffet was delightful and included fresh breads, cold cuts, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausages, juice, yogurt, etc. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Bedroom and living kitchen area and balcony with sofa bed. Perfect for three people. Much better value than rovinj. Perfect if you travel by car.

Hotel San Rocco was amazing. A quiet oasis on a hill. Our vacation had been somewhat hectic, and we were hoping for a relaxing break. We could not have been happier. The pool and sauna were perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, they even drove us to an offsite restaurant one night for dinner! Highly recommend

Borgo B&B is located at the top of Motovun, making it the perfect location if you want to experience Motovun both during the day and at night. The service is fantastic, as is the breakfast, which is served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the valley below Motovun. All in all, a perfect location if you are traveling through Istria.

Beautiful and well-maintained property. We loved our six night stay. One concern way that the life vests on the ferry were locked in a container. If there was an emergency, that delay could cause a fatal accident. We believe the ferry service was a private company.

The location is perfect, the room was very clean and well maintained, very easy to access whatever we wanted. Parking of my car in the office outside the pedestrian area was very easy and convenient...Mattress could be a little better, but that is the only point I would like to see improved.

We rode our bicycles all day to get there and the staff must have seen our level of distress. They upgraded us without being asked. So generous and thoughtful of them. The views from our balcony were stupendous. The complex was quiet and lovely. We hated to leave and would consider spending an extended time at this terrific little gem of a resort I've included a pic of the view from our patio.
