"Front desk staff were super nice and welcoming. The room however was terrible. Bed linens were dirty and stained. The bathroom had clean towels but had not been cleaned. Someone else's toiletries were still in the shower and there was hair all over the floor. Shower head was not good either."

"We stopped for a quick night of sleep! The location was good and seemed safe! Beds were too firm for me but that’s okay! The breakfast was very good!! "

"Parking garage is nice. Hotel is clean and conference center is adequate. Only thing is both elevators were not working when I stayed and a convention was in town. Had to go outside to the stairwell which was not convenient in the rain. The food menu could use an update but the wait/bar staff was friendly. All in all, it would have been your typical Holiday Inn if all the elevators would have been working. The pool area was in serious need of attention at the time of my stay."

"Horrible stay. Couldn’t check in for 30 minutes because no one was at the desk. TV small, no remote, internet slow. Outside outdated. Thermostat didn’t work. Would not recommend "

"The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast was hot & delicious. My only issue, but no big deal, was the wifi. It would be spotty at times, and sometimes drop off."

"Staffing was exceptional but the room could use thorough cleaning techniques and sanitation and a few updates. I did not get a chance to try breakfast. Overall the stay was average. Maybe add some sound proof walls. (emphasis on soundproof)! "

"Check in was easy and quick, the staff was prepared for my arrival so it took 2 minutes max. The King suite was huge and was perfect for our needs. My daughter was able to sleep in the bedroom with the door closed and her own TV; while I stayed in the living room area working at the desk with my own TV to watch. The room was clean but the carpets had a couple of stained areas. Standard complimentary breakfast items such as waffles, cereal, yogurts, fruit, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. Room AC was great and very cold at night, just how we like it. "

"Free breakfast with many options (06-09) Cozy room. Controllable AC. Well kept and clean. Housekeeping comes daily to get bathroom laundry. Decent location with food, groceries, and gas all nearby."
