"I just got back from Budapest and this hotel was so good!!! It as in close proximity to metros and buses which made getting around the city so easy. The room was clean and comfortable perfect for a couple of days away! Whilst I was away my phone broke and I was panicking as I had no way of accessing anything, the two girls behind the desk were so helpful they bought me tissues and water and provided me with a way to contact my family to let them know the situation. Everything ended up getting resolved thanks to them and I will truly be grateful for their help and service! Would definitely stay here again if I was to return. "

"The whole experience was positive from a warm reception and voucher for a drink at the bar . Our room was also upgraded to a spacious nicely designed room on the top floor . The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice . The thermal facilities were very good and kept spotlessly clean . Excellent public transport connections by bus in behind the hotel to the city’s metro network . Will return to this hotel in next visit to Budapest . "
