This hotel sets the bar for guest service. Before arriving I requested a taxi to pick me up at the airport, and was met outside the baggage claim. As soon as I entered the hotel an employee met me in the lobby, took me straight to my room, where we completed check-in. Buffet breakfast offered numerous Chinese and Western choices (longyan, my favorite Chinese fruit, was available), all delicious. The hotel was good but the food was terrible. Breakfast was fine but the dinner and the drinks were horrendous. The service during dinner also left a lot to be desired.

Typical holiday inn express, very clean, modern, very fast internet, hot water, many restaurants and banks nearby. They’ve building a subway nearby that should be finished in a few years
