Convenient place with helpful staff. The house keeping didn’t do my room on the first day (wasn’t a weekend) then they knocked the door when I had the DND sign up.

Everything is great, cleanliness and comfort, there is also the gym and the swimming pool, it was good, and there are many markets of restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Lovely reception staff, very forthcoming and ready to help! Room bit dated but very clean. Location was perfect for me though in Saudi everything is spread out so might not suit everyone. It's only 10 minutes walk away from the sea. I did walk from the hotel to the promenade on my own and felt quite safe ( haven't seen anyone else walking that distance as everybody else is driving ) All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

This probably the best hotel in the Eastern Region. I stayed there for two nights. The service and rooms were top notch.

The location is unbeatable. The front desk and staff are very friendly and approachable. I did have to ask for a pot and pan (the kitchen REALLY needs some attention) but as soon as I asked, it was provided. The facilities are comfortable with good hot water, cold AC and strong internet. The furniture fit the space and I felt "at home.". I recommend.

Excellent business hotel. Room are extremely comfortable and very professional staff with a smile. The location is very accessible and convenient to shopping mall. Very fast free internet. Convenient grab and go snack bar and the lounge area to the side of the lobby is a pleasure to sit in. The GM is frequently in the lobby to listen to guest comments. Wouldn't stay anywhere else while in the Eastern Province.

I visited this hotel during my business trip to Khobar. I selected this hotel because it's location between Khobar, Dammam and Dhahran. It's not far from the beach but you need a carto go there. The hotel was opened in last June. It's new and not crowded. Room was big. They are ready for any call. I notice that the minibar in the room was free I recommend this hotel if the beach is not important for you.
