The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two big thumbs up."
