This hotel is huge and palatial. It has a gorgeous pool and lavish lobby. Its decor alone, however, is not what makes it great. It’s the people who work there. Sarouen was so helpful at the front desk, and Alisa was amazing! If you are staying here, look for this beautiful and helpful lady at the front desk. She speaks English so well and is full of confidence! She is a big part of what made our stay at the hotel magnificent! And I cannot forget Rain, who picked me up at the airport even though...

Most beautiful hotel & brand new!! I loved every day of my stay here. The courtesy of the staff from the minute is arrive till you leave, the efficient & the constant care makes your stay unforgettable. The breakfst is absolutely awesome- every kind of bread, eggs made any way you like the endless buffet of Cambodian food, good coffee, high quality fruits & a variety so it is not the same everyday & also pastries. Even the bread pudding is wonderful. Loved it!!!

We loved our experience here! From the attentive and helpful staff to the beautiful rooftop pool. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked through the door til the end of our trip. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. With fresh fruits and handcrafted coffees. The staff of the restaurant and the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. We felt safe and cared for. We highly recommend this place. The hotel is also walking distance from pub street and other food markets.

This hotel was great. We were only in Cambodia for 1 day but the hotel was great and did a great job making life very easy for us. They picked us up from the airport for free. A personal assistant told us everything about the area and the hotel. They upgraded our room and helped us arrange everything for our sunset at Angkor Wat and the sunrise. Wonderful hotel in the best location in Siem Reap. Everything about it was perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet room, modern amenities, wonderful breakfast (bar ala carte), gorgeous salt water infinity pool on a rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. We upgraded our room to junior suite and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner with good vegetarian options. We will remember our stay here with fondness.

Beautiful hotel, very close to Angkor Wat and Siem Reap airport, great pool, great food, helpful and very friendly staff, especially Miss Nicki, the manager. Located on the main road to Angkor Wat is the perfect choice. Only this hotel in the whole city that has two swimming pools (ground floor and rooftop).
