The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!
There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!
I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. After a long search for the perfect spot.. I found this little B&B. It had everything I needed: a clean room, comfy bed and a great shower! Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)
The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.
The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful.
And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk.

Super awesome hotel with friendly staff!
Ignore all the previous reviews that complained about the rundown neighborhood. PR was hit by the devastating Hurricane Maria and is slow to recover. You see empty buildings damaged by the hurricane quite often and they are by no means indications of the sketchiness of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and it’s literally next to the Capitolio!!!
There is no problem with the shower temperature in our room.
The patio and hot tub is super nice...
